Biography

Nathan Wesely is a licensed attorney in Texas and Louisiana, and is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has long-standing experience in employment law, ERISA, and labor negotiations. He also has business experience as in-house labor counsel, general counsel, and CEO. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants. While working with unions, he received training by the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service in interest-based bargaining.
