John A. Davis, Jr.

Biography

John Davis is an experienced, active litigator and mediator specializing in Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Personal Injury and Premises Liability cases since 1981. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyers Association and American Board of Trial Advocates.  He has tried over 200 jury cases to verdict, and he has successfully mediated as a party several hundreds of cases. He completed mediator training in 1997, and he has continued to serve as a mediator as part of his practice.
