Claire Parsons

Biography

Ms. Parsons is an experienced litigator and trained mediator with over twenty years of experience trying cases in both state and federal courts throughout Texas. She has represented both corporations and individuals in a wide range of disputes, with an emphasis on product liability, professional liability, premises liability, transportation, ride share, aviation, ERISA benefits matters and first party insurance claims. Ms. Parsons is licensed in the State of Texas, all federal district courts within the State of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
